Ingredients
1 pound (450g) baby carrots
2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
2 tablespoons (28g) butter
1/4 cup (60ml) water
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a pan, combine carrots, honey, butter, and water.
2. Cook over medium heat until carrots are tender and the glaze thickens.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
